SHANGHAI PARK

A PUBLIC GARDEN IN SHANGHAI.

Our visit to Shanghai included a stroll to a park within walking distance from our hotel. A lovely Shanghai day greeted our wanderings about this "oasis" which was within the hustle and bustle of metropolitan Shanghai. People explored, exercised or just relaxed in this delightful garden.

Relaxing amid the springtime blossoms.
Garden curves within the metropolis.
A great place for children and parents to stroll.
Parent and grandparent record the occasion.
A family (of more than one child) pass a gardener's "luxury" vehicle.
Typical visitors we encountered.
Taller trees dwarf some visitors.
Some visitors enjoy exercise in the park.
While others come prepared for a picnic and conversation.
Some visitors are just too worn out to find public seating!
While some just continue to explore beautiful objects.
And have energy to copy exercises.
Other visitors are very satisfied with a day out.
