FULI MARKETS - BUTCHERS

The butchers at the Market are allocated a particular area to sell their meats. We found their way of displaying meats, and the variety of meat, quite an education.


Fish ready to be bought.

Fish are kept in permanent concrete tanks.

Fish cut into pieces on the chopping block and placed on display.

Dangling Ducks and Chooks ready for sale. 

Smoked poultry for sale.

Butchers awaiting for customers.

Preparing a leg of meat for cooking.

A Chinese method of barbecuing meat.

Pigs tails ready for sale.
Removing the hair from a dog in preparation for the butcher's knife.

Snakes are also available for sale.
